f.gov presents 'Forgotten Vibes'

http://www.fdotgov.com/

5 years after graduating from school, I've yet to pen down a date to hop over to HongKong. Always been excited about their drum and bass scene over there. And the food of course. Oh...almost forgot about Fai. Hehe...

I'll be smacked if I get to see someone almost 3 time my age spinning with one of my favourite cans, HD25. How crazier can HongKong get? Hopefully I'll find out soon. :)

Atari Teenage Riot Live in Berlin streets

I wonder who will do the same right here on this superficial island.

Hmm...better not. If you disobey, you'll fail your PSLE, then you'll be useless for the rest of your life.

If you don't go to a JC, then you'll live a lousier life.

Get a 9-5 job,
get a wife,
get a kid,
get a house,
get a grandson,
get a will,
get a coffin,
maybe you'll get to heaven.

Then you'll get a life?
Hahahaha....

The Decline of Western Civilization III

The focus changes back to punks, almost 20 years after the 1st of the series. This time, it's all about defiance. Abandoned by society, these gutter punks stand strong as individuals. Set in Los Angeles 1998. Thanks Penelope Spheeris for documenting history.

The Decline of Western Civilization II

This rockumentary is the second chapter to follow. This time, it's all about big hair glam rock metal. Set in Los Angeles 1986 to 1988, Penelope talks to bands such as Faster Pussycats, Poison, Alice Cooper, Aerosmith's toxic twins, etc... This time, it's all about indulgence at its most glamorous. :)

The Decline of Western Civilization

This movie was made in 1981. Original insights into the whole hardcore punk culture in Los Angeles, in 1979 to 1980. This chapter is all about new form of communication, at its loudest form. :) Thanks Penelope Spheeris for putting this on tape, freezing it's point in history.

Even if you're not in the limelight, good showmanship puts you right with the giants. :)

Melodyne's Direct Note Access - Devil's new face!!!

celemony_

Think about the new future...

A place without intonated guitars...

A place where nobody sings in tune...

A place without perfect recording takes...

A place where the word 'tune' don't exists....

It's APOCALYPSE!!!

Scary...

Portishead - Roads

One of my fav. It's a pretty simple and minimalistic. But Beth Gibbons' vocals... Unique.... Character... Which continues to send chills down my spine. Of coz not forgetting the timeless classic rhodes. *Slurp*
Enjoy!

Portishead
"Roads"

Ohh, can't anybody see
We've got a war to fight
Never found our way
Regardless of what they say

How can it feel, this wrong
From this moment
How can it feel, this wrong

Storm.. in the morning light
I feel
No more can I say
Frozen to myself

I got nobody on my side
And surely that ain't right
And surely that ain't right

Ohh, can't anybody see
We've got a war to fight
Never found our way
Regardless of what they say

How can it feel, this wrong
From this moment
How can it feel, this wrong

[INSTRUMENTAL]

How can it feel, this wrong
This moment
How can it feel, this wrong

Ohh, can't anybody see
We've got a war to fight
Never found our way
Regardless of what they say

How can it feel, this wrong
From this moment
How can it feel, this wrong
